Welcome to the Albany Unified Athletics program for Albany High School and Albany Middle School! We are excited about having you join our amazing coaching staff.
Below you will find a list of requirements that need to be completed before you can begin working with your student-athletes. I have also attached additional documents that you may need in order to complete the hiring process.

Need to print out or email certificates for each course and submit to Athletic Director
Completion of “Fundamentals of Coaching” course:(Coach bears expense, $65)
Completion of Concussion in Sports training (no cost)
Completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest training (no cost)
First-Aid/CPR/AED
First Aid/CPR/AED: Must be a “live” class (No online certifications will be accepted)
Fingerprint/Livescan
DOJ and FBI fingerprints (See attached Form)
TB Results
Clear TB- Within last 60 Days.
