Welcome to the Albany Unified Athletics program for Albany High School and Albany Middle School!  We are excited about having you join our amazing coaching staff.  

Below you will find a list of requirements that need to be completed before you can begin working with your student-athletes. I have also attached additional documents that you may need in order to complete the hiring process.

Online Courses:

Need to print out or email certificates for each course and submit to Athletic Director

  1. Completion of “Fundamentals of Coaching” course:(Coach bears expense, $65)

  2. Completion of Concussion in Sports training (no cost)  

  3. Completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest training (no cost)

First-Aid/CPR/AED
First Aid/CPR/AED: Must be a “live” class (No online certifications will be accepted) 

Fingerprint/Livescan
DOJ and FBI fingerprints (See attached Form)

TB Results
Clear TB- Within last 60 Days.
